What is your processing + shipping timeline?

Processing Time

All of our orders are printed to order. Most orders are set to print same day however, please allow up to 8-10 business days for processing. All orders are shipped from Charleston, SC and delivery time is based on distance and shipping method. Please note, we cannot edit orders once they are placed and registered in our system.

Shipping

Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days from date shipped, but may take longer due to various factors outside of our control.

Shipping prices are calculated based on weight and destination.

We currently cannot fulfill and ship orders to P.O. Box addresses.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Tracking

Please contact us if your tracking states that your package has been delivered, but you have not received anything within 24 hours after the stated delivery time to. Sometimes packages are scanned early or accidentally delivered to a neighbor. If your package has not been located after 24 hours, please reach out to us for assistance at hello@deluxespecialchs.com

What is your return / exchange policy?

Full priced items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items returned must be unworn in their original condition.

Please reach out to hello@deluxespecialchs.com to initiate your return or exchange.

All Sale items are FINAL SALE. This includes the use of discount codes.

Shipping charges are non-refundable

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to hello@deluxespecialchs.com

Please note, exchanges are treated as a return with new purchase and customer will be charged for shipping.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping but we hope to in the near future.
